Terrible company

Terrible company, they have been “investigating” since 2020 and cannot seem to deal with mistakes due to their own company. Every time I contact them through email I receive the same reply over and over, it seems like no professional has been employed in all these years in business. They will not drop the invoices and have been annoying me since 2020, it is really shameless. Can’t recommend this company

poor brand quality & service

horrible customer service and horrible quality of the compressive leggings, do not purchase these as they rip at the seams and are of poor quality. Save your money for a different brand.

Dont even think to buy from tunisia

Hello i am a tunisian and i was buying from tunisia lac 2 store all the equipage is changing false model « « fake ones » » i boght a tapi it supposed to be delivered in 2 day it taked 10 days then it come a false one like i boght a 2 dollar yoga tapi from ali express

Awful

After receiving a pair of compression leggings with holes in them and threads hanging out of the seams I contacted customer service immediately as unlike most companies you cannot download a return label you have to request it. To say they made me jump through hoops for said label is an understatement. They insisted that I send photos of the leggings, their servers only accept a certain size file so after 4 or 5 attempts they finally received the photos which they then deemed unacceptable because you could not see the label! So I had to go through the process again, though I did inform them that under EU law I have 14 days to send back an item if I do not want it for a full refund so why they insisted on the photos made no sense, whether the leggings were faulty or not I am still entitled to a full refund, so much time wasting, quite unbelievable. I sent my fist email the day I received the leggings - 16th of March, it is now 14th of April, nearly a month later and still no sign of my refund. Having to contact them yet AGAIN they have started the time wasting process of now requesting a photo of my post office receipt from when the item was returned to them. Really an absolutely awful company to deal with, I've never encountered anything like it in my life. Only reason I can find for 1 star is the delivery time was decent but if I could give a minus number for the rating I would. Do not recommend the company or the products whatsoever 43.94euro later and all I have to show for it is a headache.

I love their sportswear

I love their sportswear. The other products I think they are way too expensive. But the leggings and sports bras are well made, and the pattern is lovely. Too bad they don't have pretty patterns all the time, and honestly, I wait for the sales to buy stuff, but every time I get the occasion, I'll buy training clothes for them.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOUBLE CHARGED:I was double-charged in their Granada…

I was double-charged in their Granada store. After 6 weeks of having my calls and emails go unanswered and dead-end social media service chats, I keep getting told that we will get to your request soon. Six weeks with no resolution, seriously what kind of company is this? My bank ended up forcing a refund and resolving the matter in half an hour. Also their clothes break down quickly after washing. AVOID AND SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND MONEY!

This is the worst company customer…

This is the worst company customer service I have EVER come across! I was sent faulty items twice and not only do they agents not respond, even on Twitter they do not help!
I have never had such a bad customer experience and i will NEVER be shopping with Oysho again!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Returned a pair of faulty leggings the day after receiving them as per the guidance. Five weeks later and they want to return to me (?!) as I didn’t photograph them?
Dreadful customer service. Poor products. A bad combination.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. The sizes are terrible. I wear L and order a pajama top on L. My 6 months daughter could easily wear it but not me. I contacted the CS showing the the fault with the product and they did not even bother. Terrible services in the US.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIARS!! they keep sending me emails saying they will process my refund but then a week goes by and still no money is refunded. They are unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
